During this three-hour, practical cooking class, you will learn about fine cuisine, the principles of steaming, the versatility of 4D Hot Air and the wonders of induction hobs.

Our professional chefs will tantalise your taste buds and help you to master your basic cooking skills.

Italian Class Description:

Come and enjoy an exciting night at the BSH Brand Experience Centre. Explore a bit of the boot shaped country’s cuisine. Learn how to cook like a modern day Nona by using our innovative products. Come and enjoy a succulent meal made to keep you warm during cold nights. Learn how to make a quick and simple dessert that will have the kids begging for more.

This event consists of two courses. On arrival guest will get some Italian themed canapés. This will be accompanied by some prosecco. They will then start cooking after a brief interdiction to the appliances. First dish that we will prepare is Panna cotta. This is the dessert we are preparing this first so it can set while we are doing the main course. The Main course will be Shimeji risotto with a rosemary grilled pork tenderloin. After all cooking is done we retreat to the dining area where everyone can enjoy their main course. I will then plate the panna cotta for everyone. This menu will also change as the seasons changes.

17:00 – 17:30: Canapés and prosecco on arrival.
17:30 – 18:00: Introduction to BSH.
18:00 – 18:30: Chef to demonstrate dishes on main table.
18:30 – 19:30: Clients to cook and plate Mains.
19:30 – 20:00: Clients to sit down and have Main courses.
20:00 – 21:00: Dessert (plated by the chef) and departure.
